Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law to create an account or place an order.

You must provide accurate, current information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We verify email addresses and phone numbers using a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping your registered email and phone number accessible so you can complete this verification and receive account-related communications.

We may suspend or terminate an account that provides false information, is used fraudulently, or otherwise violates these Terms.

Roles on the Platform

Customer: you may browse products, place orders with stores on the platform, and make payments through the supported methods.

Store owner: you may list products, manage inventory and staff, receive and fulfil orders, and generate invoices for your own store. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your product listings, pricing, stock levels, and compliance with laws applicable to your business (including tax, consumer protection, and product-safety obligations).

Store staff: if a store owner adds you as a staff member, your access is limited to the permissions granted to you, and your use of the Services is subject to these Terms in addition to any agreement between you and the store owner.

Store Owner Payouts and Commission

To receive payouts, store owners must submit accurate bank account, IFSC, beneficiary name, and PAN details. We are not responsible for delayed or failed payouts caused by incorrect details you provide.

ThunderStorm Galaxy may charge a commission on orders processed through the platform. Any applicable commission rate or settlement terms will be shown to you in your store dashboard or communicated separately, and may be changed with reasonable notice.

We may withhold or reverse a payout where we reasonably suspect fraud, a payment dispute, or a violation of these Terms.

Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Product prices, availability, and descriptions are set by the store owner and may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate but do not guarantee that every listing is free of error.

We accept payment through Razorpay, PayPal, UPI, and cash on delivery, depending on what a given store supports. Payments made through Razorpay or PayPal are subject to those providers' own terms; we are not responsible for outages or failures on their part.

An order is confirmed once payment (or, for cash on delivery, the order itself) is accepted. Applicable taxes, including GST, are added at checkout where required.

Shipping, Cancellations, and Returns

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by the individual store you order from; delivery timelines and shipping charges vary by store and location.

Cancellation, return, and refund requests should be raised with the store first through the order details screen, or with our support team at support.tsgalaxy@gmail.com if you need help. Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Services for any unlawful purpose; place fraudulent orders or submit false payment or KYC information; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data; scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the normal operation of the Services; or upload content that infringes another person's intellectual property or is unlawful, abusive, or misleading.

We may suspend or terminate access for any account that violates this section.

Intellectual Property

The ThunderStorm Galaxy name, logo, and the software underlying the Services are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without our prior written permission.

Store owners retain ownership of the product content (photos, descriptions) they upload, and grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content on the Services as needed to operate their storefront.

Third-Party Services

The Services rely on third-party providers, including Razorpay and PayPal for payments and an SMS/WhatsApp provider for verification and order messages. Your use of those providers' services through our platform is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

ThunderStorm Galaxy is a platform that connects customers with independent stores; we are not the manufacturer or seller of record for products listed by store owners unless expressly stated otherwise. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThunderStorm Galaxy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, or for the acts or omissions of any store owner, customer, or third-party service provider.

Termination

You may stop using the Services and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Services. Continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
